over 2 years agoConfidentiality is at the heart of a good therapeutic relationship. That is what I have found throughout my mental health counseling career. But what happens if keeping confidentiality could endanger others, including the therapist's family? That is what I explore in my whodunit crime novel, often with surprising results.
