Right now you can preorder at 99 cents, but the price will go up to 4.99 on Oct. 12th once the book is released. If paperback, I would say best to go through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, or Bookshop.org- just search the book on those websites or click on the links under the Buy it Now button on top.
