We usually misinterpret overthinking with problem-solving. We even convince ourselves thinking about something for a long time gives the best solutions, but usually, that’s not the case. Overthinking dwells you into the problem while problem-solving looks for a solution. EG you have gone for an interview and waiting for your time to come. Over-thinker will think “I wish the interviewer is good. Am I good enough than other interviewees? I hope I get selected. What are all questions they are going to ask? What If it doesn’t go well? Where will I get a job or will I get paid less?   On the other hand, a problem-solver will think “It’s going to be competitive but I will give my best. I better focus on my skills and winning points. I should recheck my CV and other documents if they are arranged properly. I should sit calm, relaxed, and presentable. Let me practice till my number comes.  Using your analytical side is good until it is productive and helpful. So, next time notice yourself - are you fueling the uncomfortable emotions and worrisome thoughts or looking for productive actions. Till then Happy Reading 😀😀 Read More- https://www.justmorealive.com/blog-page/
