About me
Vonda was introduced to yoga in 2005. Opening the first and only yoga studio in her town in 2012. Began co-facilitating 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in 2016. She is an E-RYT 500, has studied under Baron Baptiste since her introduction to yoga. She is a 750-Hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Educator
