Hi Ayush and thank you for your lovely comment and question.
The novel indeed started life as a screenplay, titled, 'Toying'.
I had been wanting to write a screenplay for a while that harkened back to the days of good old-fashioned horror, such as the 1963, The Haunting, where the chills were all based on atmospherics and bumps in the night/rattling doorknobs and little to no "jump-scares" in sight.
Shortly into the project, I began to realise that I was able to tie this into my Judas universe and as such, 'And He Came A-Smilin'' sprung to life.
I would love to have interest in my work enough to warrant somebody looking at the rights for TV/Film and will always be actively seeking such ventures... you never know what is around the corner.
