Rebecca Warner was a professor at the University of New Hampshire; she has a PhD in psychology from Harvard. She published books and journal articles and traveled in Europe, Africa, and Asia. She is fascinated by the 13th century: a time of troubadours, heretics, and heroes—and strong women.
