Ray R. F. was born in the city of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, in the United States. An avid reader from a young age, Ray has always wanted to write literature that his friends, family, and students might enjoy. "Tears & Laughters" is his first poetry book. Ray R. F. currently lives in Maryland.
