Penny Pence Smith was a movie magazine editor, "Legwoman" for a famous Hollywood Gossip Columnist, correspondent and Bureau Manager for the New York Times Special Features Syndicate, Hollywood Reporter Correspondent. A Ph.D. she ran ad and PR agencies and taught university journalism and marketing.
