Marvin J. Wolf served thirteen years on active duty with the US Army. He was one of only sixty (60) men who served during the Vietnam War to be commissioned a second lieutenant from the ranks. He is the author of some 20 nonfiction books and novels. In 2021 he was awarded a gold, a silver, and a bronze medal for three books reviewed by the Military Writers Society of America. He lives in Asheville, NC, with his adult daughter and an eccentric, five-pound Chihuahua mix .
