Thanks for taking a moment to checkout this book. After 25 years working in the mental health field. I felt compelled to share what I had learned more widely. I had no idea that my first book, Manage My Emotions: What I Wish I'd Learned in School about Anger, Fear, and Love, would become an international bestseller. Of course, this leads to the question, why only speak to adults? Why not begin these conversations earlier. So this book was born. It has evolved in its content and presentation, based on testing with teachers, parents, and classroom settings. Starting conversations around the world about how to teach basic emotional skills, vocabulary, and awareness early, before issues arise. This book is geared toward prevention and includes a downloadable parent/educator guide with tips on how to engage our children in these conversations. I hope you enjoy it!
