almost 4 years agoI have been fortunate enough to know Gems for nearly 10 years. As a fellow MD sufferer we have helped each other out with our fights against it, she is such a tough and inspirational woman. I have seen her with the ups and downs but I have never truly felt it until I read her book, so much feeling and honesty that is not easy to admit. I breezed through the book as I didn’t want to put it down. Gems has shown real life for a MD sufferer and this needs to be shown more, and what we can do with it, her incredible photography proving that fantastically. Give this book a read and you will feel it all in an incredible and beautiful way.
