The idea for this book came from thinking how precious life is, yet through pure accidents, it could be taken from you instantly. I don't mean accidents that are preventable, like lowering your risks, or being better prepared. I don't mean accidents that someone could plan to make it look like an accident. I mean the type of thing that is an act of God, or whatever you believe in. The kind of accident where there is no explanation. Wrong place, wrong time kind of accident. But what if you saw all of them, and you could see what we never look for, someone or something doing it on purpose.
The story made sense to put together with the United States Justice System. It is flawed, yet it is what we have. Innocent until proven guilty, yet people go to jail after only being arrested. Then, they can't get out unless they have money (bail). But, they are innocent? right?
I learned more about the flaws as I did deep research. I kept thinking, this can't be true, but then found it was true, it was the law. Most of the laws are changed without the public knowing, or paying attention, me included. I then learned about case law, lazy judges, ego focused prosecutors and lawyers only there for the money. It made me mad, then I wrote this book. I hope you enjoy it, I hope it makes you mad. I hope you finish it, put it down and go, "Whoa, what if this was true?" It might be. I'm not sure, yet.
