Ok, so a bit of a mixed review. To understand this reviewer’s approach, I have to resort to Myers Briggs Type Indicator language; The writer is clearly an NFP (empath), where, the reviewer’s dislike of the poetry, and the consideration of the love notes as tedious, indicates that she is probably STJ (more sociopath). We’re all different, and I suspect she has picked on a story which is simply not the genre she enjoys. I was disappointed that she didn’t relate to Delilah’s point of view, and that the humour between Pablo and Fatboy didn’t seem to register with her at all. The story may have seemed to have ended abruptly, but that is because it flows immediately into a sequel where the story carries on.
