I typically don't read a book in one sitting. Once I started reading this book it piqued my interest to the point that I did actually finish it in one sitting. This genre is a new thought process for me, however, it was easy to put myself into the futuristic place from which it was written. From the need of a young girl to be cool and accepted by her peers, followed by the greed of others who wanted what a young high school girl had, and willing to kill for it. The story begs to he finished. Granted this novel is shorter, but quickly draws the reader in to finish in one sitting. A very good start for this author. I am waiting to read more.
