As I started reading this book it caught my attention from the start be it about the setup of oldtown Edinburgh ( all the ideas of romance and love just flutters out) or the idea of a women entering a profession of male dominance (a women surgeon always a threat for men, relatable) or the eerie night views of grave robbing. I had loads of lines to keep with me after finishing this book and there were situations where you can imagine yourself. It's like a point from which you cannot turn back because your heart won't allow (Hazel dying to be a surgeon loving someone who doesn't fit in her high society aristocrats) or moving forward because people won't let you. So its definitely a good read with a spirit of classics book.  The only thing i couldn't take was the which again left me in between but a sequel is on its way so lets bother ourselves a bit staying in midair.

I started this book with an astray mind little did i know i won't be able to contemplate the depth of words and emotions it contains. No matter how simply author describes the desires one's body and mind contains its just not enough. Keeping in mind two protagonists, one (Ganeshan) suffering from leprosy who was once and apple of everyone's eye and now the world looks at him as a mere untouchable while the other (Kitta) secretly desires about everything that Ganeshan has. Again time takes a toll and things just reverse. In the end what one has to achieve in life?? "One must eat and sleep a bit for now, and then he must await the big sleep"  One seeking into the imaginations of Indian authors with something that makes you ponder on what you've read for awhile must read.

This manga is definitely that startes with a bang with some explicit contents...  Okay!! So, kids acting like adults in crisis.... But i must admit introducing a monster was bit off while the concept of being transported in future and still being in the same time line as outer world is grasping and with an essence of survival plot. Being of horror genre it gives you a glimpse of environment change that we exploit at a faster rate and not being aware about the consequences. It was hard to contemplate about bunch of elementary kids going through problems like plague, very little food and water with outside monsters and taking control of it as adults. The author might have been high while creating this piece but he did a remarkable job. It ended with a sad note about these kids not returning back to their respective parents. Definitely a must read to all the manga fans out there. It will never leave you in array or boredom in its 11 volumes.

To the once who were curious about this one after looking at all the hype on insta pages..  There is something about japanese novel that is impeccable, be it storyline or the concepts that they create So this novel is all about it.  Story starts with a cafe that can make you travel in time and this intriguing concept develops the plot. It has certain directives one of which is you can not change the present.  Divided into three subplots first one explains about the desire of knowing the future, second explains about keeping the lost love in place and potential to keep up with the hardships specially when your partner suffers from something like Alzheimer and the third explains the dilemma of future when you are not part of it.  So be it if one summer morning you want something light to read you can pick up this book. But this one is not for someone who is interested in sci fi and has many loopholes.
