L. E. Brooks has been writing songs, poetry, and short stories since the days when she still looked like her profile picture. She's the author of two romantasy novels, Avelina (#1) & The Wisdom of Dishonor (#2). She lives in the Midwest with her husband, two kids, and a ferocious pack of hellhounds.
