Christy Hui is passionate about writing good stories and tea. She is known for creating the Emmy-winning kids' TV series, XIAOLIN SHOWDOWN, produced by WB. Her latest film, 9 DRAGONS TEA, documents tea’s epic journey and how this drink changed the world. FLYING FILLIES is her first book.
