A New Year's party at a swanky hotel. A treat for a middle-aged, working-class couple. Resolutions become tempting offers. But something is just too good to be true.
Or are they?
**Review**
Honestly, this wasn't what I was expecting at all.
The story was interesting enough but the characters felt very bland.
The writing was to the point and not exactly up my alley but still enjoyable enough.
I didn't expect it to go the way it did. So points for not being predictable.
I do feel that it could have ended with chapter 6. But it just kept going and was slightly confusing and felt contradicting. By the end, all I could say was, "Well alright then."
