Himanshu Bisai – Kevin Stjarre's novel Paris California, and I was absolutely blown away! The story follows twin sisters Viki and Alexa, who live in opposite sides of the world and have never met. When their mother dies, they discover that they have a long-lost aunt living in Paris, and the two set off on a journey to meet her. What follows is a captivating story about family, love, and identity. Stjarre's writing style is incredibly immersive, and I felt as though I was on the journey with the sisters. I was particularly moved by the development between Viki and Alexa, and it made me think about my own relationships with family. All in all, I highly recommend Paris California. It's a thought-provoking and emotional novel that will stay with you long after the last page.
