Ross Daniels – A Series of Fortunate Events: Chance and the Making of the Planet, Life, and You by Sean Carroll: The more I read this book the more convinced I am that our human species has an extraordinary, unfounded view of itself. We are indeed an accidental species, we exist by pure chance. A well researched book, compelling in evidence, a challenge to our ideas of our species.
