Loved it! 😍

A mystery, a drama and a timely novel set in the nation's big city involving politics and corruption.

A timely novel set in Washington, Ian Conner’s “The Price of Partisanship,” released last week focus on Alex Conway, and his journey to find those who took his wife, Carly and daughter, Amelia.

Conner displays a fine quality of writing that incorporates typical methods with his own compassion and experience with the putting together words just the right way. His development of characters and creating a well-written story is evidence of Conner’s talent.

Like a well-mapped travel log, “The Price of Partisanship” takes readers over a long and winding tale . Sick and tired of life in Washington – partisanship and corruption – and still grieving and angry over the deaths of his family, Conway is on a mission. Filled with revenge and hate, Conway goes after those responsible.

Each page turned added more to the intrigue and the interest in what was happening – almost like you were sitting in move theater waiting for an Oscar nominee picture to come on.

You can’t help but feel for Conway, who not only is trying to do good in solving the case, but he has facing a lot of brick walls, including a cancer diagnosis. Even with the help of Tara Snow, things are complicated.

As each page reveals new details, readers will find themselves as investigators too as they try to figure out who is who.

And that is where Ian Conner’s magical wand shines through. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good mystery or action story.
