Must read 🏆

A wonderfully written book about starting your day off by taking proactive steps with energy and enthusiasm to tackle whatever comes next!

Most of the systems the has written about in his books are habits he has infused into his daily life. The book’s genre is self-help with a focus on time management and productivity and is very well-received in its genre.

The book's main argument is that you can dominate your day before breakfast by waking up at an optimal time to start checking tasks of your list. The main idea that the author wants you to get from this book is that by having the right tools in place, you can boost your productivity and other aspects of your life.

This book does not depart from the conventions of its genre. Like many self-help books, it is focused on teaching you specific tools and skills. At the end of a chapter, you are given new changes to implement in your life. Furthermore, you are reminded to implement what you deem necessary, and you can change them depending on your own needs.

The author covers the subject very well. He is also very realistic and does not write like he is reinventing the wheel and supports his arguments by referring to studies and works written by other famous self-help authors. He also writes about his own experiences with this subject. This causes you to feel like the book is not dumbed down and he also in some cases expects that you understand some of the basic knowledge about time management and productivity.

The author structures his argument by writing about a topic and then summarizing the essential issues in the chapter, a list with questions, and to-dos per argument. It is a well-written book that I enjoyed. I sometimes felt like I was hearing the writer's voice. His voice really shined throughout the book and was written in the way he usually speaks during his podcast.

The book is very well written and has assisted me with making a daily schedule that works for me. I would recommend this book to others. People who enjoy reading self-help books, who are fans of Jeff Sanders, and who want to read a book on productivity and time management that clearly states or gives examples of how to adapt his system to your situation.
