"Start with Why" is a book written by Simon Sinek, a Motivational speaker and Leadership expert. The book explores the concept of the "Golden Circle", which is a model for understanding how great Leaders and Organizations inspire action.


According to Simon Sinek, most Organizations and individuals communicate from the outside in, starting with what they do and How” they do it, and then ending with Why” they do it. However, he argues that the most successful Leaders and


Organizations communicate from the inside out, starting with Why” they do What” they do, then How” they do it, and finally What” they do.

Simon Sinek believes that understanding and communicating the "Why" of an Organization or Individual is crucial to inspiring others to take action and become loyal followers. He uses examples from successful companies such as Apple Inc., Southwest Airlines, and the Wright Brothers to demonstrate his point.
