Journey Back to Your Heart
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” — Carl Gustav Jung
Love is the one thing humanity has been obsessed over. More than wars, catastrophes, and calamities. Beyond all this, this singular journey has captivated humanity since the dawn of time. From Plato, Aristotle, and Socrates to our current thought leaders of all and every kind, and not just philosophers but those of every faith and tradition, the poets, writers, activists, and artists. It has been the way of things and shall continue to be the way long after we are gone, for there is nothing greater than love.
We may come from different backgrounds, lives, and circumstances, but one thing remains and is the same. We share the same journey, the journey of awakening, the journey to return home to the heart. Yes.
Deeper than enlightenment.
Deeper than awakening.
Deeper than all of that.
When we live in our hearts, we automatically come to know what there is to know in every way and every level in such a way that meets our needs, fulfills our peace, and fulfills the seeds of our divine destiny. If we only keep the faith and choose to love the best we can. Then, it is all done before it has begun.
Many think enlightenment is foreign and impossible, let alone an unattainable concept, and isn’t even the language funny? People coin it as a concept versus a reality. When the truth of the matter is when you live in your heart, it’s already a reality. It’s the only reality, that is. As we live our lives, so does our awareness and consciousness naturally grow toward this knowingness because that has been our focus and aim, to live by and through the heart. Nothing else feels as good or is as satisfying as so. So, eventually, it’s where we all go. Simply back to the heart.
Throughout all time and space, many have called it enlightenment, satori, revelation, nirvana, insight, bodhi, and the list goes on and on.
Have you noticed there are so many names for the same thing?
There are so many names across all time, space, cultures, and races; it is endless.
But what it all boils down to is all the same.
It is, above all, humanity’s journey, our shared journey, our universal journey.
The journey to awaken.
The journey to come alive.
The journey back home, to love itself.
To who you truly are.
And who are you? These are all names for the same thing. Love. When you open yourself up to the depth of love within, and thereby all that is and more. You open yourself up to the more, even beyond that, for there is no end to who you truly are or all that is. That is the glory and the grace we get to live in as we claim the truth of who we are. Simply the sheer beauty of who we are as it miraculously unfolds before our eyes because we allowed it to unfold within first.
Love is the way and the answer to everything one can ever name or dream. Then, within time, we eventually know the kind of exquisite grace that leads you into the prairie fields of peace. The place we all dream of. The place we all come from. The place we all already are.
When you have nothing in life, a person has absolutely nothing, or you’ve lost all that you can bear so it seems, regardless of whether this is true or not, you have love. With that is the potential to break through and break free from all the limitations that bind and rise above in due time, if not divine time, and unearth the bliss that is thine.
Deeper than any mindset hack, love is the highest, and the only force, for nothing else is real and exists. For there is nothing more powerful, nor potent, nor greater than love. It’s not the mind that gets you there. It’s the heart.
Then why do I feel so much pain? Why are things so hard?
I suppose that is the journey of our lives, coming to embrace the depth of who we are, the depth of love itself, the sheer breadth of all that is, as we live, and redefine it for ourselves, the joy and the very meaning of our lives by shedding all that is less than, all that is false, all that no longer serves and claim our love. Which is you and the divine as one.
When we step into the truth of who we are, we raise our awareness, consciousness, vibration, and internal level of understanding that goes beyond where mere words will reach but to and from a place that is. You begin to operate from natural intelligence. Yes, you. For that is your alignment for and to you, your flow.
This is not a flow you feel only when you feel good, when things are going right, or when you’re on top of the world. This is a deeper flow that is, like all that is, just as you are, as you simply are. It’s all the same as we come to claim our one true name. That name is the sacred name of love, dearest.
For some of us, we wish deep down this was true. We feel it somewhere profoundly in our core, and a part of us, the deeper part, says yes regardless of whatever our mind might say. For some of us, we know this to be accurate, and that is the journey of our lives to beautiful wholeness, to live in fullness and everlasting joy as we get to honor our joy and give it for the rest of our days.
It is this that is the journey of all mankind.
This has always been, is now, and forever shall be.
A return to love itself.
And lastly, let me say you are loved.
And you are love.
Yes.
Yes, you are.
No matter how small the voice is, not allowing that in our life is the source, the root of our pain. It expresses itself through our emotions, which are a good indicator of where we are. We must be willing to feel and sit with our feelings honestly and openly to see this and to honor it, whatever it may be. Then, slowly, we get clues and ideas on what to do next, which direction to head to next, or simply what seems best at this moment in time.
Life is not about being happy 24/7 per se. It’s through the experience of our emotions, by the experience of our life, that shows us where we are within ourselves. Learning to process, feel, and release our emotions is fundamental to well-being. Remember, love is a flow. There is a flow to all life itself, and there is a flow to your life as well. So, we must honor this flow by learning to let go and release it into the very ethers of this world, to Heaven itself.
And if we don’t do these two things, feel and release, it builds until there is a breaking point. One way or another, it reflects in our lives. The pain and the cost of not honoring our voice, the deeper voice within. After some time, similar patterns reveal themselves in our lives as we begin to go within or simply as we live, and eventually, one finally acts; for now, it becomes more painful to not. Then, at this point, you finally choose.
You choose you.
You choose to try.
You choose to act.
You choose to do.
You begin the path of love everlast.
For whenever anyone chooses themselves, that is the path of love itself.
For you are love true.
You are love, dearest.
You are love, dearest.
You are love.
