The Oneness is the Mind of God, Creator, and Your Higher Power in the all that is. A tangible awareness of source you are always connected to, even in the darkest moments of perceived separation. It is the unity of emotions; the all knowing of existence without separation, just layers of consciousness in Divine Love. It is in you, of you and through you; fully at your disposal to harness, be of support and guidance to you – always.
This is not about religion. This is about you – your divine essence and your connection to your Divine Self. These lessons and practices are not about changing your belief in your Higher Power, rather they are designed to change your beliefs about yourself while growing your connection to your Higher Power and The Oneness.
This is not a new belief. This is a reminder of the belief – the one you were born knowing that you might have learned to forget or have simply lost touch with.
The Oneness is you and God co-creating together for the highest good. It is your choice how you choose to live and work with the powerful, unconditional loving force of The Oneness.

~ SUGGESTIONS TO USE THIS BOOK ~
There is no wrong way to utilize the resources in this book. Feel empowered to choose your own method of study. The goal is for you to build your awareness about your thoughts, feelings, and environment.
You may begin with Day 1 and progress forward one day at a time or use the Topic Guide to focus your path. The key is to follow your inner guidance. Another fun tool is to just sit quietly, ask for guidance, then just open the book to any page. That is your message for the day.
Daily Mantra
Each Day includes a mantra. Mantras are repeated phrases designed to focus your thoughts and clear your mind. Read it out loud, then close your eyes, focus on your breathing in and out while you mentally repeat the phrases to yourself. Begin with 3 to 5 minutes and notice how you feel when you are experiencing this meditation. Choose to sit longer if you desire. You can write about your meditation on the Journal pages.
Your Journal
I have included lined space for you to write your immediate impressions, thoughts, and reactions directly after each daily insight. Additionally, as you incorporate these practices into your routine there is space to revisit each and write your thoughts, observations and progress. Please feel free to check back in with yourself as needed.
At the bottom of each journal note is a text box to write out and set one of your present-tense goals. As you reach a goal you will have space to create a new one. (See Day 31 for explanation on how to write a present-tense goal.)

DAY 1: MY DIVINE ROLE IS ACTIVE
Today’s Mantra: “I am courage, I am strong, I am awakening.”
Today we once again are aware we only have the moment we are in. This break in our reality that no longer resides in our past or grips tightly, white knuckling toward the future. This dawning of awareness that by choosing to be in the moment, we are fully present in our destiny. We no longer float aimlessly upon the wind or batter ourselves against the rocks.
The cycle and patterns of our self-punishing behaviors will lessen. Our choices become infinite and easier to see. We come to a deeper understanding of our purpose as we strengthen our connection to self. By coming to a deeper and stronger connection to ourselves, we begin to accept our connection to the- all that is.
The basic understanding we have a divine role in the “Big Picture”, so to be an active contributing “being” is part of our Divine Purpose. We matter to the existence of everything!
You matter to the existence of everything.
In our courage to awaken we now see the glimpse of gifts that are heading our way. We learn to celebrate the NOW and exalt in our new awakening:
“Your time is now - BE IN IT!”

DAY 2: LOVING YOUR FAULTS
Today’s Mantra: “Today I accept all of me, the shadow and the light; all of my wounded pieces and parts - I love them all.”
During the times when you are feeling low - sad, angry, full of fear - understand that these are normal lower human emotions. It is healthy to identify what you are feeling when you are feeling it and attempt to “process” through it.
So let’s talk about what it means to process. Processing is the term used to describe the actions taken to think about what you are feeling and the thoughts associated with those feelings. When someone has suffered trauma most of the time their thoughts do not match their feelings. We who are unsure of how to love ourselves- will use these unhealthy, illogical connections to self- punish. This can manifest via addictions, high-risk unsafe situations, and isolation. Instead of using positive self-talk, one uses self-depreciating terms - “talk” to keep one stuck in a self-defeating loop.
Today is the day you choose to stop these loops! Today is the day you acknowledge and become aware of how you are feeding into these limiting beliefs and choose to shift them. Just through your awareness that these limited beliefs - negative “self-talk loops”, exist is all the power you need to change them. Think of it as rewriting the program of your brain. A new type of hardwiring in positive self-talk.
Step by step, you will learn to change the language of your self-talk to that of loving support of yourself.
Step toward belief!

DAY 3: THOUGHT FREEWAYS (Part One)
Today’s Mantra: “Today I am able to rewrite my automatic thought patterns to statements of loving support of myself. Today I support myself in all areas of my SOUL - mind, body, and spirit. I lack nothing. I am a radiating expression of Divine Purpose.”
We all have racing, repetitive thought scripts that run behind the scenes of our own consciousness. They run below the surface of our conscious thoughts all of the time. Think of these as different “freeways” where thoughts are moving at different speeds with different levels of awareness. Here is a simple visual representation of three primary “thought freeways”:
25mph-“increased true conscious awareness, able to
choose thoughts majority of the time.
65mph-“some conscious awareness.”
95mph-“unconscious automatic thought loops and programs.”
The only way to change the continual 95mph thought freeway is to rewrite the thought programs. This can be accomplished by identifying limiting ego beliefs and integrating, releasing, or changing your internal perceptions. In other words, “healing” the pieces and parts of your ego states which are wounded. This will enable a new “freeway” of automatic thoughts to loop behind the scenes- ones that are more uplifting and positive in nature. It will also make it easier to acknowledge those thoughts/beliefs that still require reprogramming, and eventually, there will be less of this “mind clutter” to listen to. You view your reality through this mind clutter.
Visualize a room filled top to bottom with items from your past. Now try to walk through it. You cannot. You might be able to grab an item off of the top or on the edges. This item will probably have no relevance to your current situation and yet you are attempting to make it relevant. See how this can distort your ability to process “your now”?
Your goal is a clutter-free relevant room.
Imagine a reality when all you know of yourself is in support of expressing your innate divine purpose. You will no longer hold the energy of self-doubt or lack the motivation or confidence to succeed. Your limiting racing thought loops are now a new energy of positivity.
What would this experience feel like?
What would this “new normal” feel like?
Are you ready to allow it to be so?

DAY 4: THOUGHT FREEWAYS (Part Two)
Today’s Mantra: “I am worthy, I am deserving of respect, love, and a positive fulfilling life. I choose to remove any limiting beliefs that no longer serve me in the moment. I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You, Aho!”
Greetings! So in my previous blog, Thought Freeways- Part I (See Day 3), I described how our unconscious, subconscious, and conscious mind can be compared to three separate thought freeways, each operating at different speeds. Our thoughts flow quickly under the surface of the conscious mind. We talked about how by adding conscious thought (awareness) will allow you the ability to reprogram these unconscious racing thoughts.
Now I want to offer a clearer vision of replacing your lower vibrational beliefs (negative/less supportive). Beliefs are a combination of a series of thoughts bundled together, wrapped in emotion. Emotion is the aspect which solidifies them on your conscious, subconscious, and unconscious freeways. Think of them as the cars that travel along your freeway.
Picture a whole lot of beat-up, old, non-supportive, dysfunctional cars moving along your freeway system. They continue to operate and consistently play out behaviors that will express these limiting perceptions of self.
So if you feel unworthy of love because you felt abandoned during childhood by one or both parents- when a nice potential partner offers to date you, there will always be a part of you that will create drama/conflict to push them away. The other side of this unconscious limiting belief will be to attract an individual who will be abusive in nature. They will act out the punishing behaviors you feel you deserve under the surface, as expressed by your limiting belief (car); You are unworthy of love, support, or kindness.
Once you become aware of this pattern, you can not only remove the beliefs (cars) from your thought freeway; you can now “buy” a new, better model car and replace it. You are now empowered to add a new thought wrapped in a positive emotion to create a new positive changed belief. “I am worthy of love” or “Love does not equal abandonment.”
This new belief will replace the old limiting one that used to run under the surface of your thoughts. You will begin to notice your previous reaction to an overture of love- which was to create chaos and push individuals away, will suddenly change to an energy of acceptance.
This can all happen in a blink of an instant. Time is an illusion when you choose to be fully present in the now- even if your belief has been a part of most of your life. You do not need equal time to overwrite the existing limiting belief. This is the beauty of “being in the now”. You can change your “cars” right now - in any given instant if you chose to do so! Remember, there might be a convoy or string of similar “hoopties” that will need to be removed along with the first one.
The key is awareness and choice. Choose to remove all similar limiting beliefs pertaining to this topic- the belief of “unworthiness”. Now you can suddenly be free of a multitude of issues without having to relive each and every thought or emotional memory. Just hold space and believe you are ready to shift to a fully actualized new awareness about yourself.
Embrace the new you!

DAY 5: SAYING GOODBYE TO YOUR OLD SELF
Today’s Mantra: “Today I choose to let go of that which no longer serves me, unconscious and conscious. I will allow myself to grieve with compassion and truth.”
So you have been reviewing your past and grading yourself on your past actions, choices, and relationships. When you are ready to acknowledge these patterns of behavior that did not serve you and your greater good – Rejoice!
Celebrate, you are now at a crossroads of choice. You are fully in control of the future you wish to co-create for yourself. There is no need to dwell on the past. You can learn from it and no longer use your past decisions to self-punish. You are ready to look at your past objectively and review what parts of your life where you would have chosen different actions if you could.
You cannot change the actions of the past, so this is a time of reflection, acceptance, and peace within.
This is not a time for or an exercise of self-punishment. Quite the contrary, in fact- this is your step into freedom.
Think of this time of reflection as a gift to yourself. By taking the time to write down past actions, choices, and situations in list form (journal), it will be easier to distance yourself from these actions and to view them objectively without emotional attachments.
Now you are able to review each reflection without the ego burden of self-judging thoughts regarding your past actions. Please understand that you will still experience emotions - both higher/positive and lower/negative during this process of self-reflection. This is a vital part of your healing.
“You have to feel it to heal it.” Attempt to review each situation through the eyes of forgiveness. Forgiveness of self and all parties involved (See Day 13 and 14).
You will glamorize the “good times” and try to minimize the chaos. Again, this is all a normal part of the process. Once you are fully in awareness, the good and bad times are recognized as just an illusion - an idea of self that ego latches onto as your identity in the past.
Now, your perspective becomes that of the “curious observer”, an opportunity to review actions and events from the observer point of view- which is not tied to emotional judgments. This Ego State offers a viewpoint with freedom from all attachments.
By realistically and objectively reviewing your role in past situations, you are able to take responsibility for co-creating the event and remove the need to repeat lessons you have now realized. You will see the patterns of your limiting beliefs tied to actions and portrayed (acted out) in life situations.
Once you bring attention to the behaviors that no longer serve you, you are now free to “BE” the Higher Source Being, living in the NOW as you are meant to be. You have released the energetic chains that hold you to the past and can now move fully forward in freedom.
The freedom to create a reality for yourself that you deserve.
By believing you deserve a better quality of life, removing past attachments and clearing away unhealthy relationships, your true life is happening in the NOW.
