If there’s one thing everyone in humanity deserves, it’s peace and serenity. With the Covid-19 pandemic still ravaging, there has never been a more urgent time to help people find the joy they so deeply crave.

One group of writers is now providing hope via this unique and authentic read. But they’re not poets or fiction authors, each contributor is embracing long term sobriety, they’ve shared their true-life experiences, and selected the inspiring words of some of the world’s greatest thinkers in these daily meditation to inspire growth and encourage change.

Enjoy in Joy is a daily meditative book that helps the reader find the positivity and gratefulness in today's world. Each day is represented by a theme, two quotes and an explanation to help you get through your day in a positive and calming way. In today's world, this is the perfect read to help many find comfort and gratitude in an uncertain , chaotic time. The unique explanations of each quote give more meaning and thought.

After looking at each day and theme, I was very impressed with the contextual thought process of explanation. I think that each explanation of each theme and quote gives the reader a deeper dive into thinking more positively and out of the box. There were some daily entries that I think really made me question how I originally thought of love, depressions, etc. and then my mind opened up a little more to a deeper level of contemplation. Starting my day off with this book for several days, put me in a more enlightened mood and made me give more critical thought to adversities that faced me in each day. It also had me being more grateful for the little joys in each day.

I would say that this book is very helpful to those who seek a daily mantra or meditative log. I think Enjoy in Joy can be a very helpful self-help tool to get people into a more happier mindset. My few criticisms are that some of the explanations on certain days were a bit confusing and I feel that they left me confused more than helpful. This could have been me reading it differently then what the author intended. I also got confused sometimes on how each day started with one quote, the explanation, and then followed up with a second quote. I get that it was tying that days theme together, but sometimes I feel that only the original quote should have been the only quote.

Overall this was a great book and I think would be very helpful to anyone who reads it.
