Must read 🏆

If you are feeling hopeless this book with challenge you to rise up and reclaim your life!

David Goggins gives an unapologetic look at life and then shares how you can take that  less than perfect life to overcome in his book, 'Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds". All too often we hold on to the things that have caused limiting beliefs, stagnation and that have left us feeling less than passionate about living.

This book so inspired my life that I set out on my own journey of self-discovery. Goggins' real life experiences make you wonder how anyone could survive and then take what was experienced as a source to help. Goggins challenges his readers to be brutally honest with themselves and then take the information and use it to fuel a transitional journey. This book Is not for the faint of heart. This book is for those who sick and tired of being sick and tired and who are ready to change.

Change begins with a new mindset. Goggins introduces and outlines the steps he took to become who he is today. He is fearless, provocative, and frank. His language may seem a bit harsh, but I promise if you can get past that, you will not be sorry tat you purchased this book.

The material in this book was easy to follow and the transitions were smooth and appropriate. I did not note any grammatical errors. The book was well thought out and the preparation that was given shows up in each paragraph. I particularly liked that Goggins decided to use his own voice in the writing as it lends even more to the credibility of the effort he put into his own personal transformation. I encourage everyone to add this book to their personal library for reference, meditation, and a source of encouragement. This is truly an open book for anyone to glean from the wisdom written within. There is  much that can be gleaned from Goggins' candid information. This is a good reference source and can be used individually and in group settings.

I gave this book five stars as it keeps your attention, lifts your spirits and drives you to improve yourself.
