Loved it! 😍

A great take on the life of the oppressor and the oppressed.

ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS !

Animal Farm is an allegorical novel by George Orwell,  first published in England on 17 August 1945. The story is set in a world of animals. George Orwell has successfully documented the life of the oppression in our world by some farm animals. The outlook of modern-day society is reflected in this book. Each and every character in the book represent people of the different class of our society. from poor to rich, small to elder, and servant to master.

How the writer fictionalized the characters in certain ways that reflect the people in the community is praiseworthy. I wouldn't have thought of a better way to showcase the dissimilarities of our society.

The book is a dystopian tale of revolution and the ensuing government. the ups and downs of a community and how they stand up or fall down under pressure are portrayed in the book.

The book is as interesting and powerful as I remember. However, I think having an adult perspective on life, government, laws, taxes, rights, etc. makes this much more powerful for me now than it was when I was a teenager.

According to Orwell, the book reflects events leading up to the Russian Revolution of 1917 and then on into the Stalinist era of the Soviet Union.
