small town romance, enemies to lovers, grumpy x sunshine, deals with loss and grief, heartwarming
All roads lead to you
All roads lead to you is a sweet and heartwarming read. I absolutely loved the way everything was described so vividly that I could picture it.
I loved the characters and their arc and the fact that we got to know a about their family background and childhood as well because it helped me understand the characters better and connect to them. I also loved how Beth and Finn communicated citing reasons why they needed something particular done or wanted something particular in their relationship and helping each understand their reasoning.
This is a small town romance which deals beautifully with grief and loss. You get engrossed with Beth and Finnâs story and want then both to be happy after everything they have been through.
It is also a Dual POV book which makes it even better because see the characters and their thinking up close and personal. It is a medium paced book but it goes by very fast because you are engrossed in the writing.
I loved the relationships between all the characters. This book is part of a series and I have not read the first one but I am definitely going to read it now and I am excited to read Izzy and Leviâs story too.
This book will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy andâŚhopeful, itâs like a warm hug. I definitely recommend reading it.
But was it really? Avoiding the past, avoiding all those thorns and briars and quicksand, worked for a while, but you were always surrounded by itâalways having to watch your footing in case you fell in. That wasnât the path to happiness
My rating-4/5
ps some dialogues just made me think of - what is grief if not love persevering (which is such a hauntingly beautiful line) so
