I was diagnosed with ADD in my forties, about thirty years ago, and have been on and off medication (dexamfetamine) ever since.
While learning, accepting and studying ADHD, I have tried and tested many strategies with great successes and catastrophic failures.
I want to help other ADHDers cut through the bullsh*t and avoid the frustration and pain I went through. These are not theories; they are time-proven structures and strategies that work in the ADHD world.
