What’s included in the membership?

As part of your membership, you’ll get free access to all our online conferences and masterclasses for a year, saving you over $1,000 compared to paying for single events. You can attend as many events as you’d like — just remember to register for each one. While replays are restricted to 28 days for non-members, you’ll get access to recordings for all past events until the end of your membership period. Finally, you’ll get weekly office hours with a writing professor and admission to our supportive community forum.

How do I attend the live sessions?

Once you’ve registered for an event, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the event space. Each conference will have its own event space where you can access the live sessions.

Will there be replays available?

All live sessions will be recorded and made available for 28 days in the event space. As a member, you get extended access to replays until the end of your membership period. Head to our On Demand Library to watch the recordings.

Can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel your membership within 14 days you’re eligible for a refund, subject to a deduction of any benefits used during your membership. If you enrolled in an event that took place while you were a member, the event fee will be deducted from your refund. After this, we unfortunately do not offer refunds, but you may enjoy the membership benefits until the end of your membership period once you’ve canceled.

I can no longer attend the event I registered for. Can I get a refund?

We’re sorry to hear you won’t be able to make it! If you cancel your registration before the event you’ll receive a full refund. If the event has already taken place, you can no longer receive a refund, but you can watch the replays of the live sessions.

Can I buy the membership as a gift?

Give a writer in your life a backstage pass to the literary world by gifting them a membership. When you buy a gift card, you’ll receive a PDF containing the gift card that you can print or share with the recipient.

How can I redeem my gift card?

If you've received this membership as a gift, visit reedsy.com/learning/events. To redeem your gift card, enter your unique gift code on the payment page.

Do I need to attend live?

If you can't attend sessions live there's no need to worry – recordings will be made available for four weeks after each event for non-members (or until the end of your membership period, if you're a member).

When does my access begin?

You can start registering for upcoming events, catching up on past sessions in the On Demand Library, and chatting to other members as soon as you've purchased your membership.

What level of writing are the events suitable for?

Our masterclasses and conferences are suitable for writers of all levels and backgrounds. No matter what your writing level or previous experience is, there'll be something you can take away from these sessions.
