Overview
I provide editing and publishing guidance for nonfiction authors, independent presses, businesses, and organizations. My priority is a positive author experience through collaboration, accountability, and attention to detail.
For 16 years, I’ve worked in editorial, production, and managing roles for an independent publisher specializing in behavioral health and wellness. I have worked on more than 200 published books, including New York Times and Amazon bestsellers, and various clinical materials and curriculum.
Working for an independent press, as well as freelancing, I’ve worn many hats, which has trained me to help authors in any stage of the writing or publishing process to achieve their goals. My approach is collaborative and flexible, and my work will be tailored to your project.
I also offer publishing consultation, particularly in the areas of proposals/submissions, editorial process, design and production, distribution, and marketing.
