Overview

I've been a literary agent for 18 years. I am also a freelance proof-reader, copy-editor, copy-writer and editorial adviser. I've worked with authors to make their work as near perfect as possible. I don't favour a particular genre, although I will admit to being a little out of touch with sci-fi and fantasy. But general mass market and literary fiction, thrillers, horror, comedy, children's and YA, and both serious and light non-fiction are all types of book on which I've worked well.

I've given detailed editorial assessments and advice to non-client authors. I have written entire websites for commercial clients, with particular attention to SEO, but always keeping content interesting, original, informative and entertaining. I have a very fine eye for detail, having proof-read for various trade publishers.
