Rob Siders - Designer

Expert ebook formatting and print interior design services for authors, publishers, educational institutions, and companies. Since 2009.

Overview

I'm a writer, book designer, and content developer with more than 15 years experience as a book and information designer at both small and large companies in diverse industries. In February 2009, just as the Amazon Kindle and Kindle Direct Publishing began to gain traction, I started making ebooks and paper book interiors for independent authors, literary agencies, New York Times bestselling authors, small presses, and corporate and non-profit organizations.

I take a holistic approach to design, drawing from the book's broader themes and elements already in play. In every case, I seek to find the sweet spot where an author's vision for the book overlaps a reader's expectation of what a good experience should be. I specialize in producing the same design in both ebooks and paper interiors whenever possible.

My process and custom development tools produce ebooks with clean, efficient code behind the scenes. Lightweight ebooks are good for readers and your bottom line.
