I am a passionate freelance art director and designer with expertise in various creative disciplines, including art direction, editorial design, graphic design, and brand identity. With a keen eye for visual aesthetics and experience working with reputable brands, I bring a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every project I undertake. From curating captivating narratives to crafting impactful brand identities, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality artistic solutions that resonate with clients and captivate audiences.
As the Art Director at Outside Magazine, I was privileged to oversee and design this iconic publication. Managing a talented team of designers and in-house photographers, I ensured our visual content was of the highest caliber. I art-directed both in-house and editorial shoots, ensuring the magazine's vision was consistently reflected in every photograph. Beyond the creative realm, collaboration was a key component of my role. Working closely with teams across the board - editorial, marketing, and sales - I ensured that our visuals aligned with the overall strategy. Seeking out new talent, I scouted and hired exceptional illustrators and photographers to elevate our content's quality continually. Occasionally, I would step in as an in-house photographer, capturing stunning images for the front-of-book and online sections. Additionally, I utilized my skills in graphic design, creating eye-catching in-house graphics, illustrations, and collages.

During my internship at TGR, I had the opportunity to assist the in-house design team in creating marketing materials and web content for TGR's website and its partners. I actively contributed to producing a wide range of materials, including marketing materials, branding projects, advertising web pages, and engaging web content. Additionally, I collaborated with the editorial and digital media teams to create illustrations for some of the company's content.
