Nick Lazzaro - Editor

Holbrook, NY, United States

Tough, uncompromising editing coupled with a care for your story, your characters, and the message you want to send.

Overview

I'm a fiction editor who specializes in speculative fiction of all kinds, from Science Fiction, to Bizarro, to Fantasy, to Magical Realism. I love getting into the heart of what makes your story tick and bringing out the best of what your piece has to offer. Most of my work has been with magazines, though much of my freelance work to this point has included novels and novellas.

I enjoy getting to know characters, the nuances of a plot and every other aspect of a story before I even put pen to paper, which allows me to edit and make suggestions informed by the core of what your story wants to say.

I look forward to working with you.
