ROMANTIC CULTURAL NOVEL from Memoir—reworking a French Canadian journalist’s personal memoir notes, emails, and my questions about her search for love in mainland China and Singapore while teaching English. Formed into a publishable first draft story about culture clashes and love conflicts when more than one culture and more than one language or dialect is involved in love.
INCLUDES:
o better individualized characters and actions (including hiding real life identities)
o individualized dialogs / dialogues for varying new language skills among her Chinese and Singaporean friends
o investigating and artfully showing culture differences of Communist capitalism lain over old Chinese Communism which is lain over Old China’s ancient culture of interactions between women and men
SPIRITUAL HORROR SCREENPLAY—reading for analysis to describe changes that could be made to improve the client author’s original work, then rewriting and editing client’s spiritual (Judeo – Christian ethos) feature screenplay

o ratcheting up personal threats to hero – hero’s family – hero’s friends – hero’s love and lover

URBAN GIRLFRIENDS TREATMENT to present to film backers—pulling from client notes a storyline and treatment to show the arcs and interactions of the loves and stresses within a group of African American sisters and college friends in their lives, loves, and careers.
