Overview

As a designer, I have professional experience creating best-selling book covers. I will work with you, one-on-one, to create a cover that sells your book. Book covers bear the crucial responsibility of grabbing viewers’ attention, luring your potential readers in. Have me create a cover for your book that looks stunning and sells copies.

For your promotional efforts, you may need marketing graphics such as posters, bookmarks, postcards, book teasers, or ads - I can create some beautiful marketing material for you.

Are you looking for a talented and experienced children’s book illustrator? I will work with you to create beautiful images that are perfect for your story. I draw all my images by hand with a pencil. It all starts with a small sketch and or idea. I take care with each scene to make sure the placement of all elements is correct and create the layout accordingly allowing for text placement. I work at it, revise, edit, and in the end, it's your story come to life.

As a consultant, I help the writer’s I work with develop their platforms and identify their brand – the theme and style that encompasses who they are in the publishing world. I’m focused on how each brand serves each individual writer, understanding that it is ultimately a tool for the expression of their passion and that its design will serve to promote their talent and sell their product.

I’ve helped writers develop their book outlines, social media accounts, and book promotion. I've coached authors from layout to publication ensuring their success.

I'm eager to be of help to any writer looking for the perfect cover design, or needing some assistance or guidance along their writing journey.

Platform development is a way of packaging a writer and their work into something visually appealing, a brand that entices viewers into discovering everything the writer has to offer. Developing brand identities with my clients is the most rewarding experience, the process is fun and enlightening, as well as extremely beneficial. The engagement and enjoyment they find through the process is unique to them, their style, personality, and goals. I woke up with a headache a bottle of aspirin couldn't cure. A musty, oily odor hung in the air. Stale and stifling like a damp basement. The room was dark. I tried pulling myself up. No good. My hands were cuffed to heavy pipe running along the floor and my ankles were taped together. I half pushed and half pulled myself along the pipe to the wall. It was damp and metallic.
