Overview

I'm a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author with ten years of industry experience and thirteen books for readers ranging from young adults to preschoolers. In addition to this, I have also offered editing services to writers ranging from aspiring debuts to #1 bestsellers. As part of my services, I believe in a one-on-one custom approach with each writer, which is why I offer unlimited emails and/or phone calls to assist with the writing process, and offer follow-ups for future drafts as well.

Prior to writing my debut novel, Wither, in 2009, I worked for years as an undergrad in the writing center at my college. There I helped students edit and revise their papers on a daily basis.

My expertise is character development. I believe strong characters are what make a novel stand out in a crowded market, and what make a beautiful story memorable for years to come.
