• Manager of the website redesign and launch - Developed RFP and managed the selection process in choosing a web design firm. Will serve as project manager on the RVE side of the web redesign process.
• Leader of the logo redesign and rebranding efforts - Developed logo concepts. Met with fellow marketing members to brainstorm and develop ideas. Presented the final 3 concepts to the 13 Partners of the firm to be voted upon. The new logo will officially launch externally in late October. Charged with redesigning all elements and materials in which branding is involved, from the smallest business element to the largest.
• Advertising and Promotional design - Developed display booth designs for tradeshows and conferences. Manages the promotional giveaways for the events. Manages entire print advertising design for all offices.
• Web Manager - Once the new website is completed, I will maintain the website going forward.
• Social Media Manager - Charged with building and growing the firm's social media presence, coming up with social media campaigns to help promote the firm, and developing content to post.

• Work with Strategic Communications Coordinator, Branding Specialist, and Visual Arts Supervisor to ensure all information is correct, to strategically apply updates to benefit particular marking goals, and to schedule any special promotions in a timely manner

• Managed and coordinated the launch and content upload for the newly designed Urban Engineers website, overseeing a team of ten to get the website launched in record time

• Played an integral part in helping executives organizing the services and projects into market sectors for external marketing purposes

• Collected and organized hundreds of employee comments concerning the website and addressed them appropriately, making necessary changes to improve function and user experience

The website went on to win 1st place in SMPS Philadelphia's Marketing Communications Awards 2017. Site users have increased by almost 20%, visits to individual pages are up almost 50%, and length of visit has increased almost 35%.
