Overview

I am the award-winning author of thirteen novels, including three middle grade books. I have also ghost-written six children's books and three graphic novels. I love to work with new and aspiring writers who want to develop their unique voice and style. My books have been well-reviewed in Publishers Weekly, Kirkus, the Midwest Book Review and other noteworthy outlets.

My career has afforded me many opportunities to teach and speak on writing techniques and the writing life.
