Jessica Wood – Ghostwriter

I have a degree in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University and have used this to ghost write and proof read for dozens of authors, publishing houses, and publications.

I'm interested in most genres but my specialist areas are fantasy, children's books, and young adult fiction. I love anything related to these genres! I also particularly enjoy working on romance, crime fiction, and historical fiction.

In addition to ghost writing, I am also a self-published author of my own fiction, including my 'Tales From Undersea' series, combining steampunk with fantasy and mythology elements and an underwater setting. I suppose you could say that this is the type of fiction I enjoy most - quirky and different and blending several genres to create something unique. Although I enjoy anything with relatable characters and a well constructed plot. The thing I enjoy most in stories is a great love story!

I really love working with authors and publishers to make their books the best they can be and create something which their target audience will love and will come back to read again and again. I try to work closely with clients to find out what it is they want from their books and how we can bring out the best potential in them.
