Cover and interior illustrations for 10 book 'Okal Rel Saga' novels. Team leader on "MEGAN Survival Anthology" illustrator, world designer and story runner. - The verdant planet of Mega had just been discovered in a new reach, accessible from Earth, when a cataclysmic event cuts off humanity's Alpha Colonies from their home world. Survivors will never know whether it was a natural disaster or caused by a brewing war between natural humans and the enslaved, early Sevolites based on the barren world designated GLN. Caught in the middle of the chaos is a fleet headed to Mega to land the first colonizers. Some are lost in space. Pilots deliver the rest to Mega much more roughly than anticipated, as they succumb to madness. Crash-landed, cut off from Earth by the disappearance of the Earth-to-Paradise jump, and unable to reach Rire without reality skimming pilots, the stranded colonists face a prehistoric wonderland burgeoning with alien life. This is the Megan Survival Anthology set in the Okal Rel Universe roughly 1,000 years before the time of the Okal Rel Saga.

SteamGoth encompasses the magical and paranormal side of SteamPunk. Where SteamPunk is the science fiction version of the Victorian period, SteamGoth is the fantasy/horror version. SteamGoth can be about vampires, zombies, or werewolves. It can also just as easily be about combating eldritch Gods from beyond space and time.
How do children deal with the breakdown of the world they live in? And will Nestor Tark's compassion for them destroy his own family's happiness? In the Sevolite Empire, your quality of life is determined by your genetic make-up, so it's tempting to twist the rules forbidding genetic engineering in your favor - even if the punishment for getting caught is death for all your descendants. Samuel R. Delany is one of today’s most interesting writers. African-American and gay, Delany crosses boundaries—generic (science fiction, memoir, theory, pornography) and academic (literary studies, cultural studies, African-American studies, gay and lesbian studies). Critics both black and white have read Delany as a writer who downplays his racial identity in order to aspire to universal va... read more
