A writer and a digital native, I've been transfixed by the potential power of social media since its outset. After graduating from Huntington University in Huntington, Indiana with a B.A. in History, I went on to receive an M.A. in Modern British History from the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom.
I've worked with a variety of authors and publishers to promote brand growth, audience engagement, and the development of successful content strategies with great success. Specializing in content development, branding, and targeted growth campaigns, I have experience in building and developing social media profiles for businesses as well.
At PR by the Book, I develop and execute all digital media campaigns for various clients, from individual authors to publishers; strategize and implement PR by the Book's digital marketing strategy - including social media, content, and email marketing; and collaborate with the business development team to expand the business and acquire new clients.
I managed all of Turner's day-to-day and long-term marketing details in-house, including working with authors, agents, and publicists to promote books.
It was my responsibility to oversee all digital and traditional marketing efforts for Turner Publishing, including managing both email and digital media marketing.
Also, I coordinated with authors and publicists to schedule promotions and media outreach around upcoming book releases to maximize impact.
