Hybert Design was sketched out on a sitting room drawing board in 1975. John and Kate, a young couple both working for publishers decided to go it alone. Kate's background in graphics and typography with John's photographic and technical expertise made for a winning combination. Soon the sitting room became a studio and the drawing board an Apple Mac, and the business went from strength to strength.
Where there were deadlines to be met, they delivered early. Where one visual was requested, they gave three. And all to the highest standard. Today John and Kate are retired in Sweden. Their son Tom now runs the show. The days of airbrushes and Agfa imagesetters are a distant memory but the company philosophy still remains true. Simple, stylish, successful design delivered with speed.
