It was a pleasure working with Harold. He responded quickly to my request for a quote and provided a thoughtful editorial assessment in a timely manner. He followed up by offering to answer any questions via email or phone. I opted for a phone call and found it easy to communicate with him. I feel I came away with a better understanding of what it would take to improve my book.
