Overview

I have authored over 20 books and ten Sunday Times top ten bestsellers, including memoirs for Tom Daley, Louise Redknapp, Johannes Radebe, Tanya Burr, Binky Felstead and others. I have worked on Dr. Amanda Brown narrative non-fiction book about her time in women's prisons - The Prison Doctor: Women Inside, and lifestyle books with Stacey Soloman, Rochelle Humes, Dr. Gemma Newman, Dan Humes, and Suzanne Duckett.


My work has been sold in multiple territories across the world and has been serialised in The Times, The Sunday Times, Sunday Times’ Style magazine, The Daily Mail, The Mail On Sunday, The Sun, The Daily Mirror, The Sunday Mirror, Reader’s Digest and YOU magazine.


I am also an NCTJ-accredited journalist and creative copywriter. I trained at Entertainment News, The Press Association, and the BBC. From there, I worked in magazines before going freelance more than a decade ago. These years in print, TV, and magazine journalism taught me the strength of stories, building connections, listening carefully and writing accurately to tight deadlines.
