My name's Émilie and I am a French translator with a love for photography, literature, design, pretty (e)books and long walks through the woods.
I'm working as a freelance English to French translator, specialising in marketing, literature and humanities. I also proofread and edit various kinds of documents as well as design and create ebooks.
In my spare time, I'm currently translating a book from the public domain that you might have heard of if you grew up in Britain: Edith Nesbit's “Book of Dragons”. I've already finished one chapter (The Dragon Tamers) and I'll happily send it over if you'd like to have a look at it!
When I’m not busy translating or reading books about imaginary worlds, you’ll most likely find me with a camera in my hands. I enjoy documenting the small and simple moments of life and filling shoeboxes with photographs.
