I am a professional editor and former editor-in-chief of a natural lifestyle and healthy food magazine, where I worked for 16 years. I left that gig in March 2015 to embark on a sabbatical and hang out my freelancer shingle. I thrive on helping tentative writers find their voice in articles and essays; I'm particularly well-versed in food and recipe editing, but I've also edited nonfiction writing of all kinds (health, eco-issues, corporate newsletters, theses, and much more) and even some fiction.
