Josh S. Cutler is an attorney and state legislator. He currently serves as House chair of the Joint Committee on Labor and Workforce Development. A former newspaper editor, Cutler is a graduate of Skidmore College, Suffolk Law and the University of Mass. at Dartmouth (MA, environmental policy).
